June 2018 Fun and Play Happy summer solstice! June is the time for summer and fun. We still have a few weeks to finish detoxing and spring cleaning. On 21st summer begins. Our present-day culture vibrates in serious seriousness. Don’t match that. We have choice. Summer is the time to be amused at how serious we have become. When we allow ourselves to relax, enjoy, even laugh at ourselves, we automatically invite experiences that match the vibration of joy. As we energetically vibrate on the inside, we attract on the outside. Laughing and having fun brings better health, energy, prosperity and the enjoyment we crave. Other people are effected by our light-hearted feelings. However, if others in our lives are very toxic, they may not feel comfortable with our happiness. Misery loves company. Remember we can decline the invitation. Getting out in the sunshine uplifts our spirits. Notice that many of us are attracted to the beach, salt water, trees, plants, flowers. Nature! In nature our energy is lifted. Get out; breathe; absorb the light and oxygen that Mother Nature so generously offers us. Laughter also brings lightness to our energy. Try laughing out loud every day even if there is nothing to laugh at. Energy healing can help as well. It helps you enjoy your life and lighten your energy. Here is an energy healing visualization: close your eyes, visualize golden sunlight coming into the top of your head. Breathe in the light. Let it move though the central channel down your spine to your belly. Keep breathing in deeply. Do this for about five minutes. Notice how peaceful that feels. This month’s full moon in Capricorn (June 27) says it is time to escape your prison. This could be an addiction, a toxic relationship, dysfunctional patterns or the effects of lower energies. Use the power of the full moon to assist you in breaking free. I drew 3 cards (below) for June: Cleanse your Energy; Counselor and Breaking Free. The Cleanse Your Energy card confirms the message that while we are still in spring, it is an excellent time to cleanse your body and surroundings. Take the time to cleanse yourself and environment physically and spiritually. Counselor/Archangel Azrael card: “You are a natural counselor and many people benefit from your guidance and reassurance.” Perhaps this card indicates that you could benefit from counseling. Don’t forget you can be both a natural counselor and benefit from others’ counsel. Azrael is the medium for connecting with loved ones on the other side. What do you think she is telling you? The Breaking Free card validates the message of the June full moon. Your prison can be physical, emotional or spiritual. God Almighty free at last! What are you hoping to break free from?
