I'm So glad You're Here. . .

In this life I've come to realize that energy (my energy) sets the stage for all of my experiences.

My energy is made up of my own conscious thoughts, beliefs, and feelings, as well those
thoughts, feelings and beliefs that operate within me, unseen, inherited, adopted, or hidden.

I'm a life-long student of energy and spirituality ~ I don't believe it's possible to know everything there is to know,
but the key to what I teach and share is how life changes once
we learn how to identify, take responsibility for, and heal our own energy.

Now, I won't fib and tell you "how easy" it is to practice self awareness,
 or that I never have a bad day even with all my tools and skills, but I can honestly say
the practice and insight gained when you are committed to this
path of exploration and deeper inquiry is always worth it.

I've seen, and experienced what one would call miraculous healing, and I feel the presence of unconditional love daily.
  I believe the Universe, God (Source, Creator) and our Guides, are here and devoted to helping
us learn the secrets of our inner resilience and gifts so we can live more joyful lives filled
with purpose and good relationships.
